Services and Scope

VPNFeel offers personal cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, with coverage across 110+ countries and 220+ routes. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Users can get clients and subscriptions through the panel and use international routes within the limits of their selected plan.

Coverage does not mean that every region, route, or third-party website will always be available. Refer to the client list for specific route endpoints. Third-party platforms set their own regional rules, account eligibility, content licensing, and fees; network connectivity does not replace these requirements.

Account and Personal Use Rules

No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and import information secure. Do not publish or share them with others. If you notice an unusual login or exposed credentials, change your password promptly and describe the issue through a support ticket in the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s use on their own devices and does not authorize resale or sharing. Lending, renting, or transferring accounts, sharing subscriptions among multiple people, selling split data allowances, or providing this service as proxy access to others is prohibited. Users are responsible for managing their own devices to prevent unauthorized use of their subscriptions.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Data

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire.

Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check the plan, billing method, and data allowance before paying. Orders and usage records are available in the panel. Clients and subscriptions are provided through the panel; keep your order records in case you need to check a discrepancy.

You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules of the websites or applications they access. Using this service for fraud, infringement, data theft, distributing malicious software, unauthorized system access, or other unlawful conduct is prohibited.

Do not launch network attacks, send bulk unsolicited messages, abuse automated requests, or disrupt the normal operation of other users or network facilities. Do not attempt to obtain another person’s account, subscription, or administrative access. Users are responsible for the content they publish or transmit and the actions they take. A successful connection does not mean that related conduct is permitted.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on local networks, carrier routing, device configuration, route maintenance, and third-party service status. VPNFeel does not guarantee uninterrupted connections, consistent speeds, or continuous availability of third-party features. Routes may need to be adjusted or connections temporarily interrupted during maintenance or outages.

If you encounter an issue, first check your plan status and client settings, then submit details of the issue and any necessary diagnostic information. Do not send your password or full subscription link. Liability for impacts caused by force majeure or external events beyond reasonable control is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or restrict any rights users have under applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNFeel may suspend relevant connections, restrict an account, or terminate the service according to the nature of the conduct. Necessary measures may be taken first when a security risk is involved. If users disagree, they may provide an explanation and request a review through a support ticket in the panel.

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Changes affecting users’ primary rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Read any updates before continuing to use the service. Changes will not retroactively diminish statutory rights associated with orders that have already taken effect. For questions about changes or account actions, contact support through a panel ticket.
