Service Terms · Refund InformationRefund Policy
This policy explains VPNFeel’s refund commitment for subscription services, how to request a refund, and the limits of payment processing. Submit your request through the original account so the order and payment records can be verified.
Refund Window and Scope
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. The refund window is verified against the account’s first successfully paid order. If you submit a request within the window, the time needed for subsequent verification and payment-channel processing does not change when the request was submitted.
You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied or complete troubleshooting before requesting a refund for any reason. You may include connection issues in your request to help identify the situation, but this information is optional. A full refund means the amount actually paid for an order covered by this commitment, not the cash value of traffic or other benefits displayed in your account.
Later renewals, upgrades, or separately activated orders do not restart the refund window for the first payment. For requests involving different orders, list each order separately so support can verify the details through a ticket.
Eligibility and Verification Boundaries
Normal use during the refund window, including connecting to international routes, importing a subscription, and using traffic, does not require you to first prove that the service has a fault. This policy does not set a traffic usage percentage or quota as a threshold for denying a refund, and “traffic already used” alone does not invalidate the full-refund commitment above.
For unusual use beyond a plan’s limits, accounts suspected of violations, orders not made by the account holder, or duplicate refund requests, we need to verify order ownership, payment status, and relevant records. Additional verification does not automatically mean a refund will be denied. If there is a dispute, the ticket will explain the specific issue and the basis for handling it rather than relying on a vague label such as “unusual activity.”
Orders that were not successfully paid, were canceled, or have already been refunded will not be refunded again. Requests made after the refund window for the first payment are outside the scope of the commitment above. You may submit a ticket with details for review, but no outcome is guaranteed in advance.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the account used for payment and open a user dashboard ticket to clearly request a refund. Include the order number, plan name, payment time, amount paid, and payment method. If the order status does not match the actual charge, you may attach proof of payment with unrelated personal information redacted.
Support will check the order and payment records, then reply about the request in the same ticket. If more information is needed, the reason for the verification will be explained. Do not share your account password, full subscription URL, payment passcode, or wallet private key on public pages; these credentials are not needed to verify a refund.
After submitting your request, add any information and check for updates in the original ticket to avoid splitting records across duplicate requests. Once the refund is complete, the service benefits associated with that order will end, so plan ahead for any connections still in progress.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
As a rule, refunds are sent back through the original payment channel to the original payment source. Ticket acceptance, refund initiation, and receipt of funds are separate stages. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel, the status of the payment account, and settlement processing; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time.
After receiving confirmation that a refund has been initiated, check the statement for the original payment method as well. If the funds have not appeared, ask for a status check in the original ticket. When submitting proof, include only the transaction identifiers needed for verification. If the original channel cannot return the funds, the reason must be checked first, and an available handling method confirmed in the ticket.
Payment Methods and Disputes
This site accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds through Alipay and WeChat Pay are subject to the original transaction records and the result returned by the payment channel. Restrictions on the payment account may affect how a refund appears; confirm the outcome using both the relevant statement and the ticket verification results.
USDT refunds require verification of the original transaction, network, and receiving address; a transfer screenshot alone is not enough to process one. On-chain transfers are difficult to reverse, so confirm the network and address in the ticket. Any network fees or amount discrepancies must be explained and confirmed before processing. The handling method for other payment channels does not automatically apply.
If you disagree with the outcome, request a review in the original ticket and provide any additional order or payment records. See the Terms of Service for service conditions and the Privacy Policy for details on how request information is handled.
