Data Processing OverviewPrivacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNFeel website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains how data is processed to provide cross-border network acceleration. Payment providers have their own privacy policies.
Account and Order Data
VPNFeel does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password. Account data is used for authentication, subscription delivery, and account management. Passwords should be stored as irreversible verification values and are not used for marketing profiles. Registration does not require an email address. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, and refund outcome. They are used to activate the service, verify payments, and resolve billing disputes. Data usage and plan status support quota calculations and subscription management; they do not include detailed records of websites visited. Do not submit passwords or complete payment credentials in support tickets.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNFeel follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history, and it does not use this information to create user profiles. Account, order, and cumulative traffic data are used to manage the service and cannot be used to reconstruct browsing activity.
While a connection is active, network forwarding temporarily processes source addresses, destination addresses, and session status. This information is used only to operate the current connection. It is not stored as connection logs that can be traced to an individual's browsing activity, and it is not retained as history after the connection ends. Troubleshooting relies on route status and aggregated error information. Diagnostic materials submitted by users are handled as support ticket data.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to pages on this site and do not extend to other websites users access through the subscription service. They should not include passwords, subscription credentials, or payment keys.
Cookies or browser local storage may be used for login status, session credentials, and language preferences. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again or selecting a language. Logging out and clearing browser storage do not automatically delete order records on the service. When using a shared device, log out when finished.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider, and any payment information they collect is governed by that provider's policies. VPNFeel receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment result needed to confirm an order. Users are not asked to provide their payment account password to this site. On-chain transaction information may be publicly available.
This service does not sell account information or browsing activity data. Related information is processed or disclosed only as needed to deliver the service, handle disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Access to data and its use are restricted. Third-party payment pages are not controlled by this site's browser storage settings.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained while the account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for accounting checks, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support tickets and materials voluntarily provided by users are deleted or de-identified once the issue and any necessary review are complete. Analytics are retained only as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or aggregated rather than stored indefinitely as individual records.
Users can log in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect login and subscription use. If records must be retained by law or a dispute is ongoing, we will explain why and restrict other uses. Browser-side data must be cleared by the user.
Policy Updates and Questions
When this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page and the date at the top will be revised. Important changes to data use, sharing, or user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, it will be obtained as applicable; publishing a new version does not replace required consent.
Questions about data processing or deletion outcomes can be submitted through a user panel support ticket. Please describe the account matter involved; there is no need to include personal information unrelated to your request. For service rules, also see the Terms of Service.
