Check the location first, then choose a cross-border route
Coverage across 110+ countries and 220+ routes. The location determines your exit point, while the route type describes the connection path. Your experience also depends on the service you access.
You don't have to work your way down the route list one entry at a time. For everyday browsing on international sites, start with a location that suits your network. For AI tools, check which regions the service supports, then choose an exit point you can use consistently. For streaming, make sure your account, library region, and current route are compatible. A nearby location isn't necessarily the best fit for every service, and a location label is no substitute for testing it yourself.
The table below is a guide to popular locations, not a guarantee of availability. Check the client for current cities, route types, and availability. Streaming notes suggest what to verify; they don't guarantee that a location will always work with every content library. After connecting, open the sites you actually use and check whether sign-in, loading, and playback work as expected before settling on a route.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming checks |

Route labels include IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes. These describe path options, not guaranteed speeds at any given time. Your local network, destination site, and time of day also affect performance. If you need to stay signed in or maintain a long session, stick with a route you've tested and found reliable instead of switching without a reason.

From evening peak hours to AI tools, take a closer look at the factors that can affect everyday use. Switch between the tabs for details, or use the page link to keep your current selection.
See how it holds up during peak hours
Getting a page to open is only the first connection check. During peak hours, pay attention to whether all page elements load, videos keep buffering, or long sessions drop. When comparing routes, keep your local network and destination service the same, then compare locations and route types. This avoids mixing results from different conditions. If performance fluctuates, try another route and repeat the same task. IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes are different path options; their names alone don't tell you which will always be faster.
Compare the path, not just the label
- IEPL dedicated route
- Test with your actual tasks
- Relayed
- Check loading and connection stability
- Direct
- Check compatibility with your local network
Testing steps
Keep test conditions consistent → Open a site you use regularly → Complete a real task → Stick with the route that works for you.
Bank-grade encryption, plus everyday security habits
Connection protection is a basic safeguard on public networks or unfamiliar connections. VPNFeel provides bank-grade encryption, but you should still check website addresses, keep your password secure, and pay attention to browser security warnings. Network acceleration addresses connection paths; it doesn't verify a website's identity or replace security measures on your device. Treat subscription details like account credentials: don't include them in public screenshots, shared documents, or public code repositories. When reporting an issue, describe what happened without sharing your full subscription details.
Check your connection and account separately

Before asking for help publicly
Hide subscription details and account credentials. Include the error message, selected location, and steps that led to the issue.
Verify desktop and mobile devices separately
You might work on a computer, then browse or stream on a mobile device. VPNFeel supports unlimited simultaneous devices and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Permissions, background behavior, and client interfaces vary by platform, so check the connection on each device after importing your subscription. Device count and data allowance are separate: unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data. Your allowance depends on the plan you choose. If the connection drops in the background, check your system's battery and background settings before trying another route.

More devices? Keep an eye on data use
Video, file transfers, and background tasks all use data. Choose a plan based on what you do, not just how many devices you have.
AI tools: check region and session stability first
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other tools have different requirements for region, accounts, and network connections. Before choosing a route, check which regions the tool supports. After connecting, verify sign-in, conversations, and ongoing responses. Access in a browser doesn't mean command-line tools or IDE extensions are using the same network settings. For API calls, check the proxy settings of the relevant process. Keep using an exit point you've tested to avoid frequent mid-session changes. VPNFeel lets you choose a network connection; eligibility, risk controls, and usage rules are determined by each tool's provider.

Read the complete AI guide →Streaming: separate library availability from playback issues
Library region, account permissions, and playback stability are separate things to check. After opening Netflix or another streaming service, first confirm whether the content is available in your current region's library, then see if playback keeps buffering. If only one title is missing, check the region and account requirements first. If pages are slow across the board, compare routes and your local network. Higher video quality also uses more data, so factor your viewing habits into your plan choice. A route location doesn't guarantee access to a particular library. Platform rules and how they determine your region can change, so check the result yourself.
Check before, during, and after playback
- Before playback
- Account permissions and library region
- During playback
- Buffering, video quality, and continuity
- After playback
- Keep track of plan data use
Retest with the same content
When comparing routes, keep the content and playback conditions the same. That way, library differences won't look like network problems.
14-day refund policy: know the terms first
Before subscribing, check supported platforms, route coverage, and plan data, then read the refund policy. VPNFeel offers a 14-day refund policy so you can decide whether the service suits your network. Test the tools and sites you actually need, not just whether the connection indicator says connected. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with your order details and request. Refer to the refund policy for full eligibility and instructions. Refund terms and plan data are separate; a trial button doesn't imply any additional free data.

How to apply
Sign in to the user panel and submit an order-related request through a support ticket.
View the refund policy →Get the client for your device
Sign in to the user panel to access your subscription. Client downloads and account details are in one place, so they're easy to find when switching devices.
After signing in, you can get the client for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux. The iOS download requires an eligible plan. Installing the client doesn't give you an active subscription: check your plan status in the panel, get your subscription, and import it using the instructions for your platform. Don't share your subscription details on public pages or give your account credentials to someone else to configure.
When connecting for the first time, grant the VPN permissions requested by your system. Android users should also check background activity and battery settings. Desktop users with other networking tools open should check for configuration conflicts. After importing your subscription, choose a location from the route list and test a site you use regularly. If something goes wrong, first work out whether the client failed to connect, the page won't load, or the service denied access, then follow the relevant troubleshooting steps.
Follow the setup guide →Monthly plans and non-expiring data packs
Monthly data resets each month on the date you start your plan. Data packs don't expire and last until used. Consider how often you'll use the service and how much data you need.
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9/month
A good fit for browsing, messaging, and occasional access to AI tools. If you stream videos often, consider how much data you'll actually use.
- 60GB of data
- Unlimited devices
- 14-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 250GB
¥18/month
For switching between browsing, AI tools, and streaming. If you're connected on multiple devices at once, factor in the data used across all of them.
- 250GB of data
- Unlimited devices
- 14-day refund policy
Monthly plan · 500GB
¥28/month
For more frequent video streaming, file transfers, or use across devices. The larger data allowance can go further, but actual usage time depends on the content and app settings.
- 500GB of data
- Unlimited devices
- 14-day refund policy
For occasional use, consider a data pack
¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB
Data packs don't expire and last until used, making them a good fit if you don't use the service on a fixed monthly schedule and want to keep your remaining data. They differ from monthly plans in how they're billed and how long the data stays valid, so don't compare only the total price with a monthly price. First decide whether you'll use the service regularly or now and then, then factor in the data used by your usual activities.
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. A 14-day refund policy is available. Before ordering, check the plan, billing method, and data allowance on the plans page and in the user panel. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, and button text doesn't imply extra data is included.
